Oath Monday incl. Nabada
Oath Monday is the anniversary of the City constitution of 1397 and brings a big celebration for all inhabitants of Ulm. At 11am in front of the Oath House the Lord Mayor holds a speech and makes a traditional oath. At 3 o´clock in the afternoon a turbulent procession takes place on the river Danube, the "Nabada".
Following the gay procession on the river, Oath Monday finds its conclusion at different places in the city and in the municipal park, the Friedrichsau.
