During the grape harvest, a wine tavern opens in the “Äußere Kelter” especially for this event.
The festival includes 10 evenings where new wine, either sweet or lightly fermented, and matured local wines are offered. Swabian culinary specialities, music and entertainment are also offered by local groups.
